Organization Definitions
and Goals:
The South End Coalition is a networking organization of professionals and persons who work with and care for Seniors. Our goal is to network without competition and collectively provide quality senior care by exchanging information and ideas. It is characterized by greater organizational agility and adaptability. We reach from within for referrals, advice, recommendations, and collaboration.
South End Coalition's annual year is from January 1 through December 31 of the same year. Membership is $100.00 per annual year. Membership will cover one representative under ONE membership payment. Memberships are non-transferable.
Board members consist of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer with three members at large. There are no paid employees and all efforts and work are voluntary.
99% of the dues and revenue from raffled items will be donated to Senior focused organizations, such as Hyde, Meals of Wheels, Puget Sound Honor Flight, Several Senior Centers, and other non-profit organizations that support the senior population.
A small percentage of funds will be used or retained for operational expenses.
